SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING

We provide free economy ground shipping (4-9 business days) for all orders within the United States. If you wish to expedite your order, you can choose to pay for expedited shipping at checkout. At this time, please allow 3-5 business days for order processing. Items will not ship out on weekends or holidays.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation to the email you provide at checkout. You will also receive an email when the order is fulfilled including a tracking number.

If your order contains both in stock and pre-order items, the order will be held until all items are available to ship and will be shipped complete. If you want in stock items to ship right away, please place a separate order.

CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS

If you create a customer account at checkout, you can sign in to view previous orders and save information for faster checkout. To access your account, select the sign in option on the top left-hand of the top navigation. You must be on desktop to sign in.

Upon account creation, a welcome email will be sent. If you forget your password, click the sign in option in the top navigation, and select Forgot Password. You will receive an email with a reset password link that can be used for the next 24 hours. After 24 hours, the link will expire, and you must repeat the steps above to generate a new link.

Once your password is updated, you will receive an email confirming that it has been changed.

RETURN POLICY

We want every #DDCHICK to be happy with their purchase! If you have questions or concerns, please contact us at hello@myddbird.com.

You may return new, unused merchandise in its original condition within 21 days of when you placed your order. After 21 days, we will not accept a refund. To make a return, please email us at hello@myddbird.com, and we will provide a return shipping label. A refund will not be applied until we receive the returned product and the condition is approved. After the product is received and checked, your refund will be initiated, and you will be emailed a return confirmation to the email used at checkout. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. All returns will be subject to a $25 Restocking Fee per shipping label. All Restocking Fees will be deducted from your refund.
